Franchisees Process of MyRide Auto Grooming

This is the further explanation of the process of becoming the franchisees of MyRide Auto Grooming


There are two sections in the process. 

One is planning of store and second is execution of plans.
The planning of store contains of five stages to complete. First is the completion of franchise profile. Second, reviewing and selection by the franchisors as they need to filter and choose the franchisees that suitable for their outlets. Next, franchisors will hold preliminary discussions to decide which the final franchisee is. They will move on to the next stage once they choose the final franchisee and concluding discussions will be held to make sure there are no objection on the chosen franchisee and last will be the contract signing.

Second section is the executions of plans which will be proceeding after the chosen franchisee are selected.
Next will be franchise coordination. Design and renovation planning & recruiting staff members is the next step as the franchisee need to plan the design of their outlets and recruiting workers. The franchisee need to follow the design flow of the headquarters as they will need to be in the same outlook to maintain their reputation. Proper training and sales personnel back-up will be provided to ensure maximum profitability and smoothness in operations. After the planning and recruiting was prepared and approved by the franchisor, the franchisee will begin the renovation work and start training their staff members. In the same time, setting up of the machinery will be proceeding too. When all these stages have fulfilled the requirements, the grand opening will be held.

In a nutshell, there are franchising training program provided to the franchisees to ensure that they know well in how their business works.

Customer's feedback

I have research about the standard pricing of MyRide Auto Grooming where it only cost MYR 10 at least for a basic wash and vacuum for example.

Personally. I have tried their services and I felt that it was worth it because the cleaning services and the effort they have put in have convince me to become their loyal customer.

Other than that, I have seen comments about the MyRide Auto Grooming are mainly good comment.
 For example, one of the comments I have found in a blogger state that: “The effort these guys put into cleaning your car is really worth the money you fork out.” This shows that their services are reputable.

A day trip to FIM 2012

On the 6 July 2012, our class are required to attend the franchise exhibition at Putra World Trade Center. The exhibition start from 10am till 6pm. We are require to dress smartly as this is a solemn occasion. We stop by there for two and half hour to visit the franchise booth that set up in the exhibition. This exhibition has assemble lots of franchise and they are searching for potential franchisee. We went there as expedition on our subject, Entrepreneurship. I have learn lots of franchise information and get the latest news of franchises as I have ask some common questions to them. But unfortunately some of the franchise booth worker doesn't seem to pay attention on my question as their main task is to search potential franchisees. Other than that, I have chosen one of the franchise in the exhibition to be my topic of research in my Entrepreneurship Individual Assignment, which is MyRide Auto Grooming. This franchise is professionals auto grooming services for cars. What makes me choose it as my research topic is because I am interested in their one-stop grooming service such as their process and products as I have gotten my own car lately and I wanted to learned how to take care and clean a car efficiently. For further study in my research topic, I have taken some brochures from their booth as references.
